Summary: How we help our heroes - Our mission is to deliver an enduring national network of support for our wounded and their families. We will inspire and enable those who have made sacrifices on our behalf to achieve their full potential. Those who have suffered life-changing injuries, their battles are just beginning. We will not let them fight these battles alone.
Our quick Reaction Fund (QRF) helps by giving swift financial support to those with life-changing injuries or illnesses and their families. The QRF can essentially be used for anything that alleviates the distress caused by injury or illness.
Help for Heroes runs four Recovery Centres across the country which form part of the Defense recovery Capability - a partnership between Help for Heroes, The Ministry of Defense and The Royal British Legion. The Recovery Centres include access to financial and employment support all in one place.
The Support Hub offers information, advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, helping you make sense of the support available for your recovery.

Who can apply? If you are or were, a member of the Armed Forces and have suffered a life-changing injury or illness while serving your country, or as a result of your service then the Help for Heroes Quick Reaction Fund (QRF) can help you and your family.
