Summary: The Naval Families Federation (NFF), provides representation and advocacy for the families of Royal Navy and Royal Marines personnel. Our vision is for all Naval Service Families to:
- be able to have their views heard by those in positions of power
- feel valued and to be treated with fairness and respect
- be able to thrive in their communities of choice
On behalf of serving Naval Service personnel and their families, the NFF will:
- advocate on behalf of our families whose circumstances sit within existing policy
- develop tailored resources to support families as a result of feedback
- inform Armed Forces Covenant delivery
- inform Government, Local Authorities, MOD, Employers and Chain of Command Inform policy makers
- inform service providers (Housing, DCYP, DfE, NHS) Signpost to appropriate organisations/resources
The NFF can ensure that the views of families are heard at the highest level of Government and our service is completely confidential.
We recognise the significant diversity of personal circumstances and family dynamics of the modern Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary personnel and their families and we can be contacted by any family member.
